Ukraine is exploring the market: two online casinos to appear in the country
The official website of the Gambling Regulatory Commission has announced that the agency will issue two licences for online gambling activities. Thus, two online casinos will be available in the country. The information was confirmed in the official telegram channel of the government agency: and the said website later published notarized documents of the head of the body Ivan Rudogo.
Popular CIS provider Parimatch and Gamdev were the lucky ones to receive approval to operate in the gambling industry. Providers of online entertainment must pay the fee to the Ukrainian federal budget within a specified period - 10 days after the regulator's approval. They are allowed to operate for 5 years: to place slots and receive income from online casino players' attributions; provided, of course, that the payment is made on time.
PariMatch betting company is an international holding company licensed by the Federal Tax Service. Its partners include popular football clubs in Russia and Britain, Conor McGregor, Peter Ian and other media personalities, handball clubs, the UFC and all slots casino cybersports teams.

The first holder of a gaming licence was Spacex LLC, which owns the casino provider Cosmolot. The event will help to strengthen the position of the local gambling market among international players, demonstrate openness and transparency of the sphere to the public and readiness to cooperate. Ukraine plans to introduce severe restrictions on access to casinos, online casinos and other gambling sites; the regulator has previously announced plans to control people who are not allowed to take part in games. Thus, a certain system of cards will be introduced to identify players: the rule will affect customers of online casinos and land-based live casinos. The representative of KRAIL of Ukraine said: control of online gamblers will remain the responsibility of slot providers.
