DON’T DELAY! Support car tax reform by voting for Amendment 2:
November’s ballot includes a SAN-supported tax reform initiative (Amendment 2) that would give state lawmakers the power to exempt cars, trucks, and ATVs from personal property taxes. Lawmakers do not currently have this authority.
In previous years, SAN-supported bills to eliminate property taxes on classic vehicles have been ruled unconstitutional. Amendment 2 would pave the way for these bills to become law and provide enthusiasts with tax relief.
