West Virginia Reintroduces Bill to Create an “Antique Fleet” Plate Program

Overview: West Virginia has reintroduced legislation (H.B. 2310) to create an “Antique Fleet” plate program whereby the owner of five or more antique vehicles would be able to use a single registration plate. The owner would be required to register every antique vehicle upon which the plate will be displayed. The House passed the bill and now awaits consideration by the Senate Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
