Overview: Legislation (S.B. 498) creates a two-year pilot program allowing all-terrain or recreational vehicles in Cabwaylingo State Forest. Under current law, there is not all-terrain or recreational vehicle access in this state forest. Legislation (S.B. 589) allows for personalized license plates for antique vehicles. The plates would be available for an annual fee of $40. Antique vehicles are vehicles that are more than 25 years old and owned solely as collector’s items. Both bills passed the legislature and have been sent to the Governor for approval.
