West Virginia Delegate Gary Howell, Chairman Emeritus of SEMA’s State Automotive Enthusiast Leadership Caucus, has introduced SAN-supported legislation (H.B. 2305) which would exempt foreign market vehicles at least 25 years old from titling requirements and safety inspections. The bill passed the House and is awaiting consideration in the Senate Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
