West Virginia Bill to Preserve Appearance of Antique Military Vehicles Signed into Law

Congratulations, West Virginia! SAN-supported legislation (H.B. 2338) that would allow antique military vehicles to display an alternate registration insignia as opposed to a traditional license plate was signed into law by Governor Jim Justice. The law preserves the accuracy of these vehicles’ military design and markings and protects the aesthetic appearance of antique military vehicles. Antique military vehicles must be at least 25 years old, manufactured for use in any country’s military forces, and maintained to accurately represent its military and design markings accurately to qualify. The law takes effect on May 28th.

Thank you to those who supported this effort!
