New Hampshire Introduces Bill to Adopt Internal Combustion Engine Ban

Overview: Lawmakers in New Hampshire have introduced SAN-opposed legislation (H.B.92) which would adopt California’s low and zero emission motor vehicle standards and ban the sale of new gas- and diesel-powered motor vehicles starting in 2035. The SAN believes that Californians should not be deciding what vehicles are best for New Hampshire. H.B. 92 will be heard in the House Science, Technology and Energy Committee on January 30th.
