Overview: Louisiana has introduced a SAN-supported bill (H.B. 515) to ensure consumers' choice of vehicle power plants and fuel by preventing a state agency from limiting access to internal combustion engines.
The SAN believes Louisiana’s residents, not the government, should decide what vehicles are best for them and their families. The bill passed the full House and now awaits consideration by the Senate Committee on Transportation, Highways and Public Works.
