West Virginia Bill to Allow Personalized Antique Plates Introduced

Overview: West Virginia introduced legislation (S.B. 589) to allow for personalized license plates for antique vehicles. The plates would be available for an annual fee of $40. Antique vehicles are vehicles that are more than 25 years old and owned solely as collector’s items. This bill has passed the Senate and is now currently in the House Finance Committee.
