Overview: Legislation (S.B. 606) establishes the OHV Trail Fund as a special, non-lapsing fund and specifies that the purpose of the Fund is to maintain and construct trails for off-highway recreational vehicles on land that is owned or leased by the Department of Natural Resources. Currently, there is no specific fund related to OHV Trails. The bill passed the Senate and is currently in the House Committee on Environment and Transportation.
