West Virginia Reintroduces Bill to Aid the Construction of Motorsports Complexes

Overview: SAN-supported legislation (S.B. 554) has been introduced in West Virginia to aid and incentivize the construction of motorsports complexes. The bill was introduced in the previous legislative session but failed to pass prior to the adjournment of the session. The bill currently awaits consideration in the Senate Economic Development Committee.
