Overview: West Virginia H.B. 2338 provides antique military vehicles an exemption from the requirement to display license plates. This bill creates an alternative registration insignia that does not interfere with the traditional military markings on the vehicle. The bill is currently awaiting consideration in the West Virginia House Committee on Technology and Infrastructure.
