New Hampshire Bill to Include Older Trucks as Antiques Approved by Senate; Moves to Governor

Legislation (H.B. 260) to include trucks over 25-years old (regardless of weight) in the definition of eligible “Antique Motor Vehicles” was approved by the full New Hampshire Senate. Having already been approved by the House, the bill will now be sent to the governor for her signature and enactment into law.

  • H.B. 260 provides the option for older trucks to take advantage of the many accommodations available to antique motor vehicles.

  • Antique motor vehicles may be used in exhibitions, club activities, parades and other functions of public interest.
