Overview: Virginia legislation (H.B. 1323) allows qualifying military vehicles to be registered and operated on public roadways as “antiques”. This bill received a favorable amendment in the Senate Transportation Committee to allow currently registered military vehicles to retain registration without the “antique” designation. Having passed the House and Senate, the bill now goes to the Governor for approval.
