New Mexico Bill to Require Front and Rear Plates on All Vehicles Dies as Legislature Adjourns

Legislation (H.B. 158) requiring plates on the front and back of all motor vehicles died as the legislature adjourned. The bill had already been approved by the New Mexico House of Representatives and was awaiting consideration by the Senate. This bill may be reintroduced in the 2019 session.
